Wear Orange Weekend 2026

Lower left corner: small WCC logo. Center: the state of Wisconsin, filled in bright orange. Curved over the top of the state, in black, are the words WEAR ORANGE WEEKEND. Underneath the state is the text: Friday, June 5th to Sunday, June 7th, 2026.

Although it may seem far away, June will be here before we know it. As we approach Wear Orange Weekend 2026, the Wisconsin Council of Churches invites you to join us in standing together for a cause that deeply matters to our communities and to Jesus’ call for peace in the midst of a hurting world. From June 5th to June 7th, we remember those who have lost their lives to gun violence, and we seek to honor their memory by making our voices heard. Inspired by the tragic death of 15-year-old Hadiya Pendleton in 2013, this weekend is an opportunity to reflect on the violence that plagues our society and commit to being agents of change.

The Wear Orange Weekend 2026 Materials, including graphics and a bulletin insert, are now available for download here.
