As we work with the state of Wisconsin, health care providers, local congregations and other partners to bring the COVID-19 pandemic under control, it is helpful to have accurate information about what practices Wisconsin churches and clergy are using to adapt to the situation. We are hoping to gain a more detailed understanding of COVID-19 responses in local faith communities across the state. Your answers will help us be in a better position to provide support and advocate for the resources you need for ministry in the COVID era. This data is being collected anonymously.
We appreciate you taking a few moments to help us to get a clear picture of how COVID-19 is affecting clergy and churches.
