The Wisconsin United Methodist Conference is sponsoring a three-session interactive Zoom Webinar training in collaboration with LeaderWise to help us deal with the trauma – with the challenges, exhaustion, and physical and emotional depletion caused by all the changes we are experiencing due to COVID and other issues facing our congregations and our daily lives. These sessions will address questions of how to cope with our own trauma, how to care with others through this time of trauma, and how to become more resilient leaders as pastors with our congregations.
