A Returning to Church Webinar, August 11, 1-2 pm

Struggling to keep up with the latest science on COVID-19? Wondering about issues like:

  • What we understand about COVID now that we didn’t a few months ago, and why some of the recommendations from public officials have changed
  • Airflow in your building, HVAC and how they impact health & safety
  • Cleaning, sanitizing and how long you should let spaces sit dormant between uses
  • What do masks make it “safe enough” to do? What are face shields good for?
  • The science of vaccine development and what all these projections of vaccine availability amount to.
  • What the different types of risk levels public health officials use, mean.
  • When we might be able to sing together again, safely.
  • Discerning reliable sources of information and when it might be safe to gather in buildings again.

Join us for an hour with a trained scientist and experienced industry executive who also knows church dilemmas very well. Lisa Allgood is a Commissioned Ruling Elder in the PC(USA) who has been offering clarity with easily-understood, up to date information in online presentations to groups around the country. We are delighted she has agreed to share her expertise with us. The hour will include both presentation and time for audience questions.
