As people of faith, we believe that our Creator God intends health and wholeness for every human life. The Wisconsin Council of Churches encourages individuals and congregations to learn more about the crisis in health care and evaluate the various proposals in light of moral principals of human dignity, the common good, social justice and good stewardship.

This Guide was developed to help compare and evaluate proposals for health care reform that were being considered by the Wisconsin Legislature in recent years. However, portions of the guide can still be used for health care reform discussions in your congregation.
